Returns & Refunds policy

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please inform us via e-mail: hello@iemade.com

In order to be eligible for a refund once item has shipped, you have to return the unopened product within 30 calendar days of your purchase along with the original sales receipt. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Please note, items that have been opened, worn, or used are not eligible for a return.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is opened, used, worn, or damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
